The Last Nine Years

Wow I so glad the Blog is still here. Its uplifting to read about those good times nine or so years ago. Of course things can go wrong,, the road splits and the choices are ever there--but I am blessed to have my BW for nearly 52 years--we have our differences, but that's what make life interesting and never boring, cause of the challenges of not being selfish, of not having "arrived", ever looking for wants life's all about. One big improvement is being in Men's Bible Study for nearly 5 years, a weekly study of many of Books in the Bible. Then 2 years ago I embarked on a journey thru Restoring the Foundation, where I cast off much of the burdens and curses of my old life. The down side of this was attempting to persuade a family member to see his own mistakes and burdens of his life. He has not forgiven me as yet. I pray every day for he and his family not for forgiveness so much as for him changing to accept Christ. But I have to be careful because of the danger of alienation. I have not arrived myself but I am blessed to help others. OIAM for nearly 5 years has if anything shows the humanity of others and how we are not arriving until we help our fellow man. Matthew 25:40
